Everything!. Loved the hotel and the people. It was our first time in Alaska, and we had a lot of questions. Called the.front desk many times. They always answer quickly. The room has all you need including a decent kitchenette.

Fantastic staff!! VERY VERY helpful, polite, courteous, Rooms were very nice and clean. Nice shower. nice comfortable beds.

Marcus at the front desk was friendly and helpful. Lobby area was clean and fresh. Bed was comfortable.

We liked everything, but 1 guy,was a bad experience to say the least, but everything was geeat,Mike was the greatest Agent I've ever seen, he works well with everything

Vending machines were great and the whole place was very comforting. The staff members were also very nice. I had no trouble or any sorts of problems and complications. It was not bad to be honest. Me and my family spent a great time being comfortable!
